Thank you so much Yaron .

I replaced the STComm.jar with stcommsrvrtk.jar . It compiled fine .
When I deploy the servlet , from the logs I see it fetch the user list from sametime server , but its unable to display the page as STlinks package is not deployed . Get a javascript error on the web page . On view source i do see my buddylist

I did download same time links from the ibm website , but it does not contain stlinks.css or stlinks.js ..

What am I missing here . This servlet is running on my local web server . Does it need to be running on the sametime server ?. going through the forums , redbooks it seems like that ...
